What the Hex Design Studio is committed to making this website usable by everyone, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Last reviewed: October 15, 2026.

Our commitment

Good design works for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice controls, magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is a standing requirement in our brand and web design work, and we hold our own site to the same standard.

What we do

• Color contrast: text and key interface elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for regular text, 3:1 for large text and interface components).
• Structure: pages use a logical heading order and clear landmarks so screen reader users can navigate efficiently.
• Keyboard access: menus, links, buttons, and forms can be used without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
• Images: meaningful images include descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are marked so assistive technology can skip them.
• Readable type: text can be enlarged up to 200% through your browser settings without losing content or function.
• Links and forms: link text describes its destination, and form fields have clear labels and error messages.
• Responsive layout: pages adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, including when zoomed to 200%.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties, such as scheduling and contact forms hosted by HoneyBook, embedded videos, and social media feeds. We do not control how those tools are built, and parts of them may not fully meet AA. If you run into a barrier, we will gladly provide the information or service another way.

Ongoing work

We review new pages and updates against WCAG 2.1 Level AA before they go live, and we recheck the site periodically.
