Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, and project details when you fill out a contact or lead form, book a call, or sign up for a package.
- Project materials: logos, photos, copy, login details, and other brand assets you share so we can complete your project.
- Contract and payment details: the information needed to send proposals, contracts, and invoices and to process payments, handled through HoneyBook.
- Automatic information: your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and Google.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls
- To prepare proposals and contracts, deliver your services, and send invoices
- To improve this website and understand which pages are helpful
- To send studio updates, only if you have opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every email
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: HoneyBook for client management, contracts, invoicing, and payments; BlueHost for hosting this site; Google; and Flodesk. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through HoneyBook and its payment processors. We do not store your full card or bank account numbers.

How long we keep information
We keep project and contract records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, generally 3 years. Inquiries that never become projects are deleted after 12 months.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time, by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.

Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
